Stage 4: Manufacturing Development and Validation
   - organize contract manufacturers
   - organize specialty medical device distributors

Stage 5: Commercialization
   - manage early commercialization
   - develop a network of potential business development partners
     and manage the  eventual acquisition of the successful product
